mechanical injection pics?

how does the throttle linkage work on most of these. the butterfly are on the side to a bellcrank I believe, but how does it connect to the gas pedal/ flywheel. is there another bellcrank that allows it to be pulled from the rear

 

I suppose you can set 'em up any way you want. On mine (1st page) I didn't see the need to fight it - so I just stuck a morse cable along the front side of the motor (left side of pic) if you look close you can see it - there's a bracket I made that bolts onto the old water pump holes go. I put a spring there as well.

Whatever makes the most sense for your particular setup.

Less is more - IMHO

 

Anybody recognise the manufacturer of this SBC unit? No markings or numbers either cast or stamped.
Bought in Australia.
It's magnesium.
