Just to clarify, Not my work . Buddy of mine's shop. Harolds Hot Rods, Enid OK. And yea, he does nice work. Couple other projects from Harolds. Vette is a customers, PU is Harolds personal project.
sweet! please keep the updates comin! can wait to see this and the strickler/jenkins '61 biscayne when they're completed.
Looking good. I think Chevrolet messed up when they went to the boxtop roof for the hardtops. `61 and `62 Bubbletops are some of my favorite Bowtie products, and I am a ******** Ford guy.
The engine isn't being built here so I don't know for sure what the specs are. When it gets here I'll try to post up some pics.
Harold does first cl*** work, very **** about doing things right, so the car will be first cl***, he is spending long hours to get everything done in time, calling in favors etc, great guy
Harold bought a 62 bubbletop to start with, so he did it right, plus he had some 61 stuff sitting around, so he had a frame already
Is this the same car posted a while back that had the floor completely cut out, along with about 3/4 of the rest of the car? If so, that's really impressive. Actually, it's pretty cool either way.
The engine and interior arrived today for the project. Talk about a nice looking motor, period correct carbs are a work of art! Dynoed at well over 500 H.P. this is going to be a strong running bubbletop. Enjoy!
