How do you drive on the snow in 1926?

    I have only seen photos of these tractor conversions,

    They used them in the mountains in the west to haul supplies to logging camps and small mountain towns in the winter.

    Thanks for posting the video. I really enjoyed it.

    I just wind rope around the tires and rims between the spokes when I'm cruising in 1926.

    If I recall correctly - according to my dad - in 1926 you don't drive in the snow...you WALK uphill - both ways - to school and back.

    I'm sure that's what he said. Course he also cautioned me that some things would make me blind...so I must not have indulged in that enough.
