Just moved my 3-W out to take to a show this weekend, finally got see my newly installed RODDOORS bench seat that was delivered up to the great white north. Easy to install and the workmanship and fit is excellent.

The car had a dated appearance with the Monte Carlo swivels seats. :D

Thanks, I love the bench seat, I sold the swivels to a restorer, I advertised them a few months ago for a street rod but no one replied. The bench comes from RodDoors in North Carolina, real goodguys to deal with.

Damn, that's a nice seat! Little too expensive for me, but gorgeous none the less.

Swivels are cool with suicide doors. But I agree the bench looks awesome - good choice.

  8. I'm not a fan of buckets in old Coupes, especially swivel buckets.
That bench is a heck of an improvement IMO, it looks awesome.

Do you want to sell the Monte Carlo seat brackets?

Brings back memories of my parent's 73 Monty with swivel seats and a sunroof. The ads said "Welcome to sunny Monty Carlo". I'm looking for a pickup truck bench for a 56 iN, I'll have to check out this company.

That look's great with the bench in it. Roddoors also has a DVD to show you how to do interior work too, with lots good tips in it.

That's beautiful, Roddin-Shack. Beautiful car as well. Unfortunately, too pricey for me. Does anyone know of a good bench seat frame that fits a 36? Even Glide frames are $700 without foam. I would think there are a few good candidates in the wrecking yards. I don't mind making a few alterations. If anyone has a recommendation I would appreciate it.

Have to agree, the bench seat is a big improvement. And your 36 is *****in.....

I have 2 sets of seats for 35 to 40's Fords; one for coupe and a set for 2 door sedan.
    P.M. me if interested...
