Just wanted to post some other options for things to do on Saturday in Minneapolis. The Bastards are hosting a little shop crawl in the afternoon after Moriarty's and if anyone wants to meet up with us you're welcome to. There are three cool shops within a couple miles of each other in NE Mpls. These shops are only about 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul via interstate 94.

We'll be at Live Fast Die Young Tattoo (http://www.myspace.com/livefastdieyoungtattoo) around 2 o'clock then going to the Art Minion (www.artminion.com) art gallery which has tons of cool hot rod inspired art between 2:30 and 3. Finally Classic Auto (http://www.downtownmotorcarsales.com/) were you can see a great collection of cars and old classic neon signs etc. Send me a PM if you have any specific questions.

I have been told that Art Minion will be open Thursday evening as well......sounds like a cool place.

I am going to be setting up all day Thursday - in hopes that people will show up and buy stuff from me on Friday -Sunday.

I wish I could check out the super secret hideout of Moriarty - that would be WAY cool.

Come on by and get a Rat Fink shirt or some old car movie or some magazines or stickers or patches or something..........should be able to see us - I have a wall of Rat Fink shirts

I am really going to try and make it to the show. My wife asked if we could go, but the guy who is buying my international is supposed to be picking it up on Saturday, which is probably the only day we could go.

 

Ill be droping my car off tomorrow sometime, not sure when, heres a couple of pics of what it looks like at this very moment, im not sure if im driving it or trailering it, well just see how much i get done on it tonight, basically, i have to wire it, put the front clip back on it, finish a little welding on the floors, and see if it all functions correctly, drives that is! so its going to be a busy night.

Hey Tuck, Again I would like to thank you and Mark for the tour. I did not mind driving your TOYOTA PRIUS to haul the gang to the tour. That helped me overcome some of my Hot Rodder prejudice about that car. You should have warned me that the drivers side wiper is missing, I had trouble seeing and I think I scared Kerry.

 

Enjoyed my brief time there and then the Art gallery and garage tour Matt put together yesterday. Once again we crammed family,car stuff and non car stuff into a quick 2 day stay in the cities. Had fun meeting some new faces, sorry I missed some of you. Trent
