here is the finished shirt i did for my Dad before he got sick with alzheimers. at least he got to see my work before then.

 

I was going through some of my dad's papers from tech school. If found these sketches circa approx 1970.

ive never contributed but me and my girlfriend check the art show every week. She loves the monsters. I saw someone always does these little motorcycles out of scraps. So this week at work(tig welder) i decided to try and build a little roadster, came out OK, not great But it was fun.

i meant to sand blast it but leaving time crept up on me at the end of the day.

Well this is my offering for this weeks show. It is a quick sketch w/ some color added.

 

Jeff, this series is awesome...Really like the Poncho piece too.

 

They are both oils. I have been thinning the paint way down with mineral spirits to make the layers more transparent and also to allow the paint to drip in areas.
