It's more than likely a pre 30's vintage. The clear windshield is a dead giveaway.

Are you sure it's even a Ford? The picture makes it look like a French ***ault Vehicle.

My psychic says it is a 1936 and my stock broker thinks it is 1940. Neither one has been very accurate in the past so I don't trust them. Try going to this site: http://clubs.hemmings.com/frameset.cfm?club=socalearlyfordv-8
and look under "Cars of the Early Ford V8 Years". That should narrow it down.
