50 ea for nice ones, sometimes u find a deal but they are getting older and hard to find.. still cheaper than 48,s and 97,s
There are several varieties with different spec's too that might affect the cost and make sure you match em up if you want a pair or 3 or 4 or whatever. $50 each for cores is about right on and you can ship one for about $7.50 USPS Parcel Post. Also, you need to make sure they are complete as some of the parts are expensive to get.
Yeah I think I have about $60 in each core I have all said and done. I collected about 10 cores last year in anticipation of rebuilding 6.
I have seen anywhere from $20 to $90, but about $60 is standard. But, I won't pay more than $25 each myself.
me too, i won't pay over $20-25. since you never know how good the core is until you crack it open, i wouldn't pay too much. i tend to laugh at anything more than 50, ***holes think they're sitting on gold.
These carbs were produce for 3 decades is various forms, meaning readliy available. So I've never paid more than $30 for one. I've had more given to me than I've ever bought.
I just bought 3 complete and 2 that are missing the bases....part # wise, thats 2 pair and one odd one...all with the guts intact, needing a freshen up.......$230 the lot, at a local swap.....over here, thats a good deal.....cheers, Bert
I just bought 3 for 60 bucks at a local swap meet. I hope i can rebuild them all myself as this will be my first time.
