Hi, everyone. I just bought my first...I picked up a 1950 Plymouth Suburban from a really kick *** guy. I needed a good resource and my guy is on here so this is where I started. Hopefully I am not let down. I am very excited for my new challenge. Yes to all of you it is a Suburban.. I get that question a lot and becuase I have ***s people ***ume I have not a clue what I am talking about, funny! Anyway..I am hoping to get her on the road in time to devirginise her and make sure her first show will be Billetproof in June 2009. So if anyone has any good resources on the 50' please let me know.

I have added a few pics and photoshop for added pleasure:p

  10. Kool and Welcome. Girls and Big Top's, I love it. My Squeeze has a 59 Villager Wagon. You'd be surprised how many people say "You mean Mini Van" don't you.

Well Lil’ Miss welcome to the H.A.M.B. , looks like you have some work cut out for you on your project. However its neat to have something that you don’t see much of . Best to you.. :D

I really like the suburban! Are going to leave the paint as is and just slam it for now?

Why Howdie lil' Miss! We need more females contributing to the hobby. Also, more newbies to tell tall tales to.

Nice Plymouth. Search the "Longroofs" photo thread, it will be of interest. Welcome.

  30. Golly! Welcome from CapeCod. Love the women. Why can't I get my wife reeducated into a gearhead! Or maybe just get a women friend that is a gearhead!
Good luck with the build. Wish I could be there to help.
