I found a 1966 Ford CustomCab truck. Its a 3/4 ton, a 352 with about 4,000 miles on it. the paint is toast and oxidized but with only small areas of actual rust and a cracked windsheild. what is a realistic value of something like this? Ill post a few pics later.

$1000 if it's a daily driver....less if it needs a bunch of work. I probably wouldn't spend that much since it needs a windshield...but if the motor is only 4K miles that kind of makes up for some of the bad stuff. Oh yea...3/4T. $800

Take a look on craigslist in your area for 64-66 F250's. The asking prices are about half what they were going for two years ago in my part of the country. Running half tons seem to be going for 800-1200 lately. A 3/4 ton shouldn't be more, and usually will bring less. Good luck with it.

longbed...damn this just keeps getting worse...longbed 3/4 ton is a great worktruck...plan on hauling a bunch of heavy ****?? If you want a rodded truck I would suggest starting with a shortbed 1/2 ton ....then when you tire of it it will be easier to sell and worth about twice as much.
