Part 1 shown at the below link http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=321109&highlight=buick+top+swap Here is an update of "Top Secret". Still needs some trim installed & interior, but for the most part it's starting to have the look. Below after Below before
Hmmm... Not really a fan, too much dip in the rear for me. I assume you'll be cutting some differently shaped side glass to square it against the quarter glass and new roofline?
Nice work, headlights are a cool touch. Not sure if I dig the roof, but looks like great craftsmanship regardless.
I really like '54 Buicks, and when I saw your first post a while back, I was skeptical. I think you're pulling it off well. The rounded hood corners are nice--I want to do that on my '54. Putting the portholes below the chrome was a neat, and real original idea too--I remember you writing that you did it to make the car look lower, and it worked well. -Brad
Awesome Kustom, haven't seen it with all the glass and trim yet. Looking real nice, I dig those wheels.
This car is SEXY !.....to see it in person is to understand LUST !....It's kinda like the Buick concept car that was never built.....Great job buddy, I smell some greasy custom road trips !.....
cool car but i think the chop is may 1-1.5 inches too much , i like it if it still looks a kind of "stock"
Amazing work. Only thing I'm not crazy about are the tail lights, too small or two low, not sure which. But overall one amazing job.
