A guy from another board told me about this site, so here I am to ask the question... Can anyone tell me what this tail light is from? I know it's a 30's car. Other than that no clue. Also, there is supposed to be a bracket for the license plate coming off the bottom and going to the right, there is a clear lens that lights it up on bottom. Oh and all lenses are Glass.
Well I am from SLC as it says in my sig... I guess I am not the type of guy you people want here, because I heavily modify chassis and engines. I am not afraid to take a torch or welder to a classic...just had a question. I am also the person who keeps his eyes out for old rods all over the country.... Like I know where a 40 Willy's Americar Coupe is at with a nice 426 Hemi w/mechanical Hilborn injection system is sitting or a 41 Plymouth Pickup in totally unmolested form.... Too Old, How a about a 64 Plymouth Barracuda Coupe 340 or older 28 Studebaker Touring. Oh well, Guess I'll run of and hide....
This is the introduction section. Welcome aboard. Read the rules and ask questions in the proper place. We all love old cars and modify them. Some more than others. My guess on the taillight is REO or early commercial or firetruck.
I agree with pastduebill, This really isn't the place to ask questions. With that being said, it looks to possibly be an old schoolbus or heavyduty truck taillamp. And Welcome from North Texas.
