First I need money to spend! And then I need to find a roadster someone is willing to part with.

Poor ol' me, stuck here with this damn coupe.

Oh yeah, mine was black at one time. Too bad someone painted over it with green, then blue. I could have been in the same 'club' as you and Jordon. Oh well.

Congrats on the roadster...but damn man, when are you going to find the time for all of these!?

I know! And here I am *****ing like an ***hole. Sometimes I think if I didnt complain I'd have nothing to say at all!

Zach, you KNOW it's unfair how many roadsters you own...I think you need a '28 coupe...

Chris- It's hard to find em' nicer than that! Not to be an A-hole but it's a 28', the tail light bracket bolts to the left side of the subframe. Good Luck with it.

It's wierd, I knew about the tailight stand holes but it also has exterior door handles (1929). Date on the firewall is 7-21-29, so thats what I'm going off of.
    Thanks for the info though!

You win, I had to do some reading on the tail light and the drum style with subframe bracket was used until July of 29'. I had always ***oiciated them 28's, sorry about that. The exterior handles first appeared in Oct. of 28' on open cars. Henry didn't care when he made changes. If it saved him money he did it right then and there! I have a 28' Tudor and a 29' roadster that are both original cars......and a 31' roadster.... anyhow nice find, you'd laugh if you saw my 29'......it's the definition of rough.

Your right, Ford did what he wanted, when he wanted! I've seen lots of odd ball stuff on early Fords!
