No fenders or hood sides but I think that I will make a top hood section and put some bead rolls or louvers in it. I am also thinking about taking out the model A header panel and putting in one from a deuce, or I might just make one from scratch, I have not gotten that far yet. The axle came on the car, a super bell I think, but it seems to be a 3" drop. looks of good quality.

I think that by extending the A, B and C pillars to the new floor and putting in a wood kit the body is as sturdy as it ever was, no plans for any additional tubing.... yet.

The fuel system will be a tried and true 3 x 2 offy intake with big number 97's.. if I can find them without breaking the bank. As for the trans it is a turbo 400, I know, it is an auto but it came with the car and this will be a "family" ride.

The tires are from China and I think that they are farm implement? They do not have much information on them but I think they are 16.5" or 16" and they came with the sedan. If you want I will write down all of the info at my shop tomorrow and pm it to you.

Thank you! And thanks to everyone that has giving me replies, constructive criticism, and props... it means a lot to me that I have provided something of substance.

    Great project!...and very well presented.
Would loved to have seen a few pics showing the attaching of the body to the floor you created and the cowl leg frame mounts.

Well, I do not have many pics of how I attached the body to the new floor but this is what I have. I am willing to take photos of the sedan and either email them to you or post them here. I thought that this would not be of very much interest so I really did not document this aspect of the build, I guess I was wrong. I will tell you I struggled with myself at first on how to do the floor in the sedan.

As you can see in the first pic there was some of the original floor left and I beat myself to death trying to figure out how to adapt that in to the new floor and make it look like it was made that way. This is what I really attempt to accomplish, build things like they could have come this way from the factory, but still be custom. Well, I decided that I was going to cut most of everything out and just fabricate what I needed to. This worked out well and you can see how I built up the bottom of the a-pillars to connect them to the new floor. I then put a piece of 16 gauge on top of the new floor rails and then welded them to the original rockers under the doors. The front body/cowl mounts are behind the kick panel and go through the floor rails and into bungs welded into the frame rails. I hope this is clear and helps you out.

Thank you all for the positive feedback and comments.
