Hey, another new guy here. I am currently working on my first real Hot Rod. I have a '29 model A which used to sport a '49 Flathead Ford, with a 3 speed. I am converting it over to a 348 chev that i am building with a 409 crank. I do the engine work and ch***is work myself, and am hoping to have a completed roller by the end of the summer. I'm finding that all it takes is Money, Time, and Money. Cheers, Pete.

Pete, Hello & Welcome to the HAMB from South Texas.
348's are one of the coolest looking engines ever made. Post some pictures when you can.

Hey thanks for the kind words. I'm gonna get some pictures posted soon...been a bit cold (and lazy) for working in the shop. I'm gonna run some air lines in the shop this weekend, and get some friends over to help lift the body off of the ch***is, so I can do some frame work.
    Cheers guys, Pete.:D
