model a chop

    heres some pics of how i did the chop on my 30 tudor sedan theres still alot of work to do i will keep updating. i used the book "How to chop tops" by tim reamus seemed to work well hope this helps someone

    Looks good ... it's nice to have a friend, but for the love of Pete, please put the guard back on your grinder! My ****hole is still puckered after seeing that first picture... haven't had one of those disintegrate on you lately, huh? At least wear a face shield. All right, Negative Nancy is stepping off her pansy soapbox now.
    Again, looks great so far.

    chop is looking good,what is the reason for cutting upwards around the back window

    chop out the back window and let the excess metal slide down inside the rear quarter . that should eliminate the need to slice the rear radius to shrink it (I HOPE!!)
    looks like a close fit so far. its just another way of doing it

    Keep the progress pic coming. Looking good so far. Its the first time I have seen it done this way. I have a 29' that will get the same treatment some day.
