Last week an old guy who let me take parts off of some older cars in his back field p***ed away. There had to be about 20-30 cars with the newest being 1970 and mostly 60,s but also a 57 Chevy wagon.I sent my condolences to the family and that was that. Today I called my buddy who owns a junkyard to come and pick up a 2000 dodge mini-van I was s****ping. He asks me if I heard about the old guy and I said yes and I guess that would be the end of me getting parts there. Not so says my buddy....the family hired him to remove every car and empty the barn which is full! Give me a hand to clear up the property and take what ever you want he said....Guess it pays to be nice to every one.

Sorry about your friend . Sounds like you respected him ! What was inside the building with the parts ? Got any pics of that too ? Glad to hear it is going to good use instead of the crusher over seas !
I have never been in the barn nor did I ever ask what was in it. The guy was a packrat of the highest order so I really won,t be surprised as to what is in it!
