Just getting started, I'm an early HEMI Nut, I've been driving a 354 Hemi powered 41 Plymouth sedan for about 19 years now (actully 25, it was brand X powered first). Looking foreward to sharing early Hemi and other old Mopar info.
welcome... my son-n-law and I built a roadster project. Using mostly mopar body parts. And his engine of choice is a 354 hemi twin 4 barrel set up. Lots of fun. Nothing beats the sound a hemi makes when It's uncapped under throttle...ghost
Thanks for the welcome! I sold the other 2 354's I had to someone bulding a salts car, my next project is a Studebaker coupe, 392 powered, you definetly can't beat the 354's though, mine has over 235,000 miles and it's still strong! David
Well if you get the time post some pics of your cars and or projects. or start an album in your profile area. we like pictures...ghost
Hemi Dave, Welcome from HAMB Eufaula. Not too many Alabama HAMBers. I've been around a long time but don't post a lot. Sound like that 41 is a keeper and can't get any better than Hemi power! I graduated from Troy in tke early 80's and come over for most of the football games. I there much rod activity in Troy? Bob
Welcome from east Alabama. Kind of a Ford man myself, but that old Ramcharger car with all the pipes coming out of it every where was cool.
Welcome D.W. We "BAMA HAMBERS" are growing in number every day! It's a great place for young and old wrench-heads to spread the knowledge, news, and other stuff. Happy motoring. John
Welcome from Rockmart GA, just over the line on US 278. Henrietta the '38 Ford pickup and Ozelle the '55 Ford send friendly horn honks to your Plymouth. Lot of connections to AL--graduated from Jax State, first church I pastored was at Talladega, wife is from Gadsden, we have long time friends who are like family at Alexandria (near Anniston).
