Newbie has a question

    I just bought a 54 belair and was looking through the trunk and found a old clock with a alarm set up on it. I looked at my car but mine has the factory one and this one is a little bigger diameter. I dont know if this is have a dash clock or just a alarm clock torn apart. The second pic is of the back, what I dont get is the long rod that comes out the back.

    that's the guts from an old mantle clock 110 volt....

    Aw cmon it is a good looking clock face. And it was an honest question. hell with a little work the face could be used for automotive...ghost

    I guess you fully understand what FNG now stands for.

    That's a really cool face on that, I like it.
    Wonder if you could revamp it to use ?
    Maybe a newer elec.works in the back and just use the face and hands ?

    I believe that rod coming out the back as an early br*** Thorkle Rod they are extremly rare.
