Hello everyone. Just thought i would say a quick hello. Stumbled across this forum as I was researching how to put an s10 under a first series chevy truck. I am currently at the beginning of building my dream truck, a 1953 5 window Chev. I have the cab and doors, all stripped down and ready to be blasted and primered. I have a powerplant, a 327 small block out of a 69 Impala. And a fwe weeks ago I picked up all of the front sheet metal(fenders, inners, hood,grille etc.) The plan is to build the truck on a reg cab long box s10 frame. Woudl love to get some pics and feedback from guys who have done this.I know its a popular build and im sure you guys have alot of insight.
Thanks for the warm welcome guys. 53 olds are you keeping your block stock or you gonna do it up a bit. Im gonna change mine from a 2 BBL to a 4 BBL. Swap the cam for somethgina little lumpier and thats probably it. Nothing insane.
