What is the best and cheapest radial white wall tire I can buy? Lost my job but the wagon still needs new wheels. Any thoughts?

Depending on size. I am running skinnies on my daily. 215/70R15 Hercules MRX. Been on the car for over 2 years on airbag suspension. I have been real happy. About $500 a set installed in cali.

I just got a pair of firestone fr380 (skinny whitewall) for my 68 deville. locally they were 160 firestone advertises them for $51 online. this was for a 205/75/15. I looked all over and couldn't do much better. In fact, I have to wait as there were only 2 available anywhere nearby.

Cornell, I was told they are made by Kellyspringfield. Not a bad tire they should hold me over till I can get a set of WWW's. I was in a hurry to put tires on my ride, when I bought the car it had 14'' low rider Daytons on it and I really can't stand those wheels or the look.

  10. Craigslist, I have made a couple good scores off of there as of late.

When I bought my last set new I went to Diamondback. The diamond back tires are white - very white (check my avatar) and fit well with a very clean rod. The more subdued Cokers fit well with a more vintage looking rod.
