Took my 42 chev pickup rat rod for maiden voyage and hit a man hole cover, poked hole in oil pan and gave bellhousing more clearance. I think I better raise 1-2":)

Experience is a great learning tool. I'm sure you will never forget the second you slammed into it!

  9. heres to rat-rods! rat-roders and their well thought out designs!! YEA

Wtf do you guys have for man-hole covers ?

I'm gonna think you need a bit more than a few inches higher.

What would hit if you had a blow-out?

  11. Don't mention r*t rods on this site, and you'll be fine...now go post a PROPER intro, fix your car & post some pictures

  12. Funny....
The search found over 440 threads with Rat Rod in them.
    Excuse my ignorance.
Is it just a new rule for new posters?

    You want r*t rods...click here

  14. Well go read some of them. put it in quotes for the search and see how its used and hom many times.

Extreemly small and most that show up are demoting the term on promoting it.

There has been a big influx of FNG's using the rr term in the past 12 months. That's sad.
