Ford unibody truck question

    Can someone tell me the wheel base is on a short box and the wheel base on a long box for a 61 Ford truck unibody...thanks

    my grandfather had one of the longbeds. it's just sitting in the field for the last 20 years. if noone else chimes in i could try to measure it the next time i'm down there. hr

    No hurry...Ive been thinking about getting one and was just wondering the difference.

    This is according to the Standard catalog of American light trucks. The 1961 Styleside (smooth side box) came in a 6 1/2 ft. bed with a 114in. w/b and an 8 ft. bed with a 122in. w/b.
