Would like to build a new HA/GR,but we are unable to locate an engine.
If anyone knows where we can find 2 or 3 308 Hudson or 302 GMC engines,PLEASE PM me.
We can have one running in about 45 days. THANKS

Have you tried posting over at inliners? Probably more Jimmy stuff there. Hudson, dunno, might check with Ron Golden (for rods).

I have or have located everything except engine/trans.
Just waiting 'til I have them to pull the trigger on the build.

I don't have website for inliners.
    Thanks for the info.

There is a classifieds section in the link bar to the left of the screen (in the purple area). No need to sign in to view it. Probably have to sign up to post, but last I checked that was free.

Seems like somebody posted on here a while back that they had some spare GMC sixes. Let's help find this guy a motor!

I thought that it was Mopar Sled or maybe Ron Golden

  8. what do you want to run?

I know where there is a running 270 GMC- $600.

I have a running 218 Plymouth that I will DONATE if it'll start a SERIOUS new HA/GR build!!!

a strong candidate for a running 230 Dodge $200, some 216 and 235's that MIGHT run, LOTS of 235 builders, An NOS 302 GMC SHORT block, and I think I could probably come up with a 223 Ford. How about a Buick I8 or some Flathead Ford V8 builders?

I have no shortage of access to suitable HA/GR engines in various conditions if it'll get a guy building.

I have edited this post to reflect that I know of a NOS GMC SHORT block, not a long block.
Sorry for any issues this may have caused.

Thanks for all the info, haven't been able to find a 302 GMC within 500 miles.
I'm going to build the chassis, and set it up for S/B V8 until I can come
up with Hudson or 302 GMC.
