Hello all, I'm a new member from Raleigh, NC. I got into cars when I bought my '96 Firebird Formula, then after a few other F-bodies the cars (and bikes) I bought kept getting older. So now I'm looking for a Model A project and I figured this would be a good place to start. Looking forward to learning from the hotrod gurus on here.
Ah Houston, I should be moving there sometime this summer to go to the School of Automotive Machinists. How's the hotrod scene down there? I have to figure being the city that brought us ZZ Top it's pretty decent.

Good to see some Charlotte guys on here too, after I get back from school in Houston I should be moving to Charlotte. That's assuming that there is still a NASCAR team left to work for by then... Where's your shop?
