Your frame is lookin awesome. Using the rivets keeps that original look.

 

Are the exhaust hangers custom made? If not, where can they be purchased?

 

we made them for this project.

What did you use as the "bushing" on the frame side of the hanger? The white part. Any exploded view pictures of them? They are very cool as is the rest of the work.

 

i machine them from teflon.it is soft enough but will not melt from the exhaust heat.

Impressive work, on the front end, will you be running a panhard bar with the split bones? or is there enough triangulation to run without one. I have a 34 pickup and am at the point of trying to fab a middle crossmember for a set of unsplit bones but I'm running out of space with the trans oil pan. I'm running a modified F100 box from Vern
