Wow that's a pretty ol' Merc! Used to be plenty of them around back in the '80s...where are they now? Rescued, I hope.

C and G Early Ford Parts in Escondido has the rubber: (760)740-2400, and call Paul's All Pro Gl***- he is mobile: (760)403-2438 or (562)972-2084. He installs gl*** for Winfield, John D'Agostino, Bill Hines, and most of the other old guys...he's been doing gl*** since '62. He's quick and reasonable and just did the gl*** on my friend's chopped '40 Merc.

I haven't thought that far ahead. It might take me awhile to get my 2 door done. The way my work situation is right now.I sold my 29 non running coupe project to pay for this.

    That'd be my question too.

Neat car, I'd like one of those front bumper guards like that for my '51 coupe.

Paulie boy 13.The width on center piece for the rear bumper guard in front is 17 7/8 in,it tapers in the back and that is 17 in.Depth in the center front to back is 4 in and depth on the sides front to back is 3 in.Height is about 2 inches.I hope this helps.

Bob.Thanks.The spotlight on the car doesn't fit quite right or work. The previous owner stuck it on there just to fill the hole in.I'd like to find an Appleton. The car runs good.Starts a little hard with the 6 volt.I just need to change the fluids and check everything over.Work the bugs out.
