Hi all I am new too this site and yes I am Canadian. I have a 1961 & 1962 C10's that will hopefully make one nice street rod. The 62 was my grandfathers and the first truck i drove when i got my licence but the frame didn't last so this past Nov 2008 after 10 years of looking I found a frame by chance. What i mean by chance is running late to get my son to swimming lessons i decide to take a shortcut and try and save time but as fate would have it i found the 61 sitting by the road for sale easy to say my son was late to swimming but i had the frame i needed. So anyone that has some hints for me. I would love to hear them as this is my first frame off build up project.

Hey fellow enthusiast. Cool truck. A SoCal Welcome to You.

You'll find plenty of opinions and help here (good and bad;-)

    My advice to you is:

One bolt/ part at a time, picture it, clean it, decide what to do with it, record that, bag it, tag it and store it :D
