Ace Cafe London, Sunday March 1

Hey guys,
I'm in London tomorrow with a day off. Is there anything going on that I would be interested in? The Ace website calendar stops at Feb. 28. What happens on Sundays there?

terry of the executioners is on here somewhere,its his second home,but in case he is late catching your post, I beleive that would be a bikes day and random stuff always turn up.Cool place to be just to hang.I grab a burger there if I,m working nearby just to recharge.

 

Tomorrow is all modern bike stuff. Theres a run out from the Ace to Alexandra Palace quite early so I would think it will be pretty quiet there.

Car wise there is the NSRA swapmeet at Arena Es***. Thats where all the Hot Rodders will be tomorrow. Its just out side London.

Whereabouts are you ?- I'm in South London - if you're nearby and an early riser I'll take you to the swapmeet - but I am picking up a mate in Kent at 7.30am

 

Visit the swap-meet. Bet you have,nt been to a swap like this one in years.

 

yep,just remembered the swap meet starts at 10 a.m. tommorrow morning at Thurrock,that would be an excellent mornings work.Don't be late!

Thanks for all the info. I'd love to get to the Swap Meet. Thanks for the offer thamesvan. We're playing Sheffield tonight and drive into London after show, so I won't even get in until 6 or 7 AM but unable to move until noon or so. We're staying in London at the, ahem,..."The Radisson Edwardian New Providence Wharf Hotel." Whatever that is. I may be riding the rail out there if I can get it together. How late would the NSRA meet go? 4PM?

It'll be on the wind down from about 2pm.

 

Thats in Canary Wharf, in Docklands...It would be a slog to get to Thurrock from there...it would be easier to get to The Ace.
