    IMHO, this show IS what the Roundup USED to be. Cars, cold beer, cool people, great music, art, outside, drama free. Everyone was great and approachable, the quality of vehicles was there too.

    Heres some you missed John, thanks for the snap for the Road Devils. ;)

    ...............Houston really showed what the scene is all about with two shows back to back with great turnouts even though the weather was kinda off.

    I found out it wasn't on from Luckystrike. The Burnout takes its place as most are tired for the day after.

    I know it's a gay name :eek::confused:, but hey I didn't name it!
    Got free tickets again this year so we're takin all the kids we can.
    Went last year and took a bunch of neighborhood kids and my son (my son being the only one that'd been to the drags before) and nephew. Had a blast watching their reaction to the first top alcohal car p***:D.

    Thanks for all the pics Acro! Looks like a great time!

    Anyone know who owns this peek-up? The tire size is what I'm interested in, love how they fill the fenders so perfectly! Just guessing, maybe a 7.20 15?

    I want to thank everyone that had a hand in this show. Intimacy and quality were the key words of the day. 85 to 100 cars at any time 35-45 bikes and everything had the period theme down pretty solidly. The music kicked ***, and Los Skarnales ruled the day...

    Houston is a great town that deserves to have its traditional rodders honored in such a Cl***y way. Keep up the good work guys and gals.

    And a special thanks to all who had a hand in my 3 trophies. First and foremost the 2 that were awarded to The Merc Truck that really were a surprise and an honor; and the 1 for wearing the most colorful coat. hahah.

    congrats to James on not only getting the trophy for his awesome new T roadster, but for having the opportunity to own such a cool car. congrats to the rest of the stand outs of the day. what an honor to be in such good company. Cheers...
