I just got a set of Sanderson headers for my DeSoto hemi and they're ceramic coated (got them for a great price to p*** up) but I'd like them to be black to go with everything else on the car. Can ceramic coating be coated over again with a black ceramic coating? Does it have to be stripped off first? High temp black paint? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

you can scuff the surface with scotchbrite and paint over it with high temp paint.

if you take it for re coating, most reputable shops will blast off the old finish before refinishing with new coating.
