Not all brite lights are from assholes that switch out the stock lamps. I have an 03 Chevy pick up with nice brite STOCK headlights. I do not have a lift, No big mudders, I also have the headlights alinged propely. I always get oncoming traffic flashing their headlights at me. I get people that drive 20 mph on a country road then pull over to let me pass only to get right behind me and tailgate with their high beams on. More then a dozen times I've slammed on the brake in a hope that they rear end me so I can give them a piece of my mind. Someday I'm gonna get me one of them assholes mounted right under my rear bumper and then all hells going to break loose... P.A.M....

  2. It used to be that if the lights were too bright you would get pulled over. I ran some early halogen lights in my 340 Dart (daily driver) back in the 80's and the law would always hassle me. They were properly aligned and no where near as bright as the shit you see out there now. I guess the cops don't want to be bothered or the laws have changed.

I bet if we start putting the same super bright blinding, xeonon, HID headlights on our rods the ol cops would mess with us.

  4. My Daily 2000 Ranger has fog/driving lights and I run them because they work well and do not offend many...........the high beams in this truck suck so bad I am happy to use the aux lights, mucho better lighting.
