    any sugjestions on a hand held sheer for sheet metal......something that wont brake my bank.................havnt got my stimulus check yet

    you can pick up a Kett for about $250, most of the top manufactutrers make them now like milkwalkee,hitachi.If you want to support the chinese gov't HF has one too.

    Buy the Kett ,I bought mine in 1977 and used them in a sun roof business for years .They are on their 3rd set of blades and still going strong.

    a guy I worked with had a bosch one that was preatty nice for about the same price as the KEt, i picked up one of them harbor freight jobs, its not a flawless machine but for 50 bucks itll cut 16 gauge without much issue. Hard to beat for that kind of money (jury is still out on how long its gonna last)
