I like the white insert. Do the wipers stay like that, or are they out-o-whack?

If that had been my car, there's no way in hell I would have done that to it. However, it's NOT my car, and I have to say that it did turn out really nice. The paint looks phenomenal, and it sits pretty nice as well.

Only thing that really jumps out it at me (other than the tilt column and fake Banjo wheel) is the front wheel width and offset....I think it would have looked better with a narrower, shallower front wheel. But opinions are like ***holes, as you know.

Regardless, the guys did a nice job on it...I just wish you could get them to move a little closer to the "dark side." :)

Oh, I agree, I wouldn't have done it like this if it were mine. '33/'34 5 windows are my dream car, so It was extra torture to not be able to control it's fate. But like it's been said, it's the customers car and they are paying the bills. And it turned out extremely tasteful in my opinion.

You really have to have the right kind of customer to be able to steer them into the light. I don't think we've really found one yet...

Some small off-white fender scallops and pinstriping would finish it off.
    Nice car.

I guess I don't understand why someone would rail on about a person building their car like they want it. Everybody builds what they want to drive and be seen driving. Looks like this one could be driven all day very comfortably. Some people have tastes that are different than others. This is what building cars (or paying to have them built) is all about. At least we don't have the restoration purists *****ing about ruining a restored car.

I think you guys did a great job. Who did the P&B? It looks gorgeous and looks a mile deep. I know where your coming from on building a car for someone else with thier ideas. Sometimes I weep alone in the corner after I have to put something billet on a customer car :(

So owned by the same people for over 30 years ? And they are one of the rare ones who actually got around to "building that old car one day"? That is awesome and the car came out great. Very tastefully done and I still would call it one more saved.

  27. nice car. was expecting something ugly with graphics, billet wheels and other crimes before i saw it.

Great Job! Color is right on. I like the way you've used the white top insert, white interior and wide whites. It all blends well together.
(I may just want to hang onto that 34 5 window I have......)
