Here it is !!
It’s a 1960 Koller which was built in Argentina for just one year.
What a stumper - I hoped it was not gonna be that hard.... Sorry, but we all learned something today!

 

A little more information, sort of. Very little is known about this car in Argentina. I spoke to a guy who is something of a historian about cars in Argentina and he say not much is known about it. I also spoke to a collector from Argentina that i built a 40 Ford for a few years ago.
From what I have been able to gather, it was based on a 1959 Rambler (like my original guess) and possibly a prototype or two were built. No one has been able to confirm that yet. It may have never got past the artist rendering, which is what those pictures are. I'll update if I dig up anything further.
Koller was a Farm and Road equipment manufacturer.
