The allure of a barn find is hard to resist. The old ch***is resting (rusting) out behind the barn is even more enticing... and I couldn't resist dragging the old dog home. My short term goal was to rescue it before it moldered in the parent dust. The long term goal is to try and breath some life back into it.

I've reached that age where modern racing and its monotonous sameness holds little allure and I find that I'm drawn more and more to the cars of the 50's and 60's. Eclectic is the word that best describes the focus (or lack of) my interests; 60's sports cars, old race cars, replicas, orginals, they all have a place in my garage. I love them all and (having said that) seem to always find a way to add just one more.

    Nice to be aboard.
