The people who bought my buick sold it to a guy in Hollister and he needs a paint chip in the fender fixed, can someone reccomend a good painter? I guess Cole is not too far away in Salinas? The new owner also asked my opinion, he wants to put ghost flames on it and new wheels to give it the "Jesse james" look as he called it. But it's his now. Can you imaging ruining this with ghost flames?
wondered where that car ever ended up.....like you said,,its his car now,,,but what a shame,,,,,,,,,sometimes you are better off selling a car and never seeing it again...
I live in Hollister and have seen the car, its beautiful. As far as a painter I can suggest the guy that painted my car he's in Salinas about 30 miles away has a shop does killer work, let me know if you want his info.
Glen...I thought your A was a badass ride. This one is steller, how could you part with this???? Did you get any offers on your A at the pavillions the Saturday of Barrett-Jackson?
I wouldn't touch a damn thing. Chips are like battle scars, big deal, they are made to drive. I hope he doesn't kill the overall killer vibe of the car.
I have a feeling the Ghost flames will be least of the attrocities if he wants to "Jesse James" the wheels.
True and that would require just about as much class.... Bad taste is bad taste... We regularly give guys shit for building crappy cars... This is no different... Who cares if he baught it. 'Jesse James-ing' it makes him an ass-hat... I guess he never saw Jesse's merc.
I got an earfull last year from my old lady for puting up that picture as a background on my computor and ditching the photo of her and the kids!
hey, i watched you build it on your web site--hot rods by glen.. nice ! ! im the guy that asked you about the mouldings you took off..NICE CAR. later "suede48"
