Hey bro! What kind of welder you got? C'mon, i KNOW you can weld like that! Im no pro ,but one thing i've noticed between my bad welds and my better ones was how well the two pieces im welding fit together, better fit= better , cleaner weld in my opinion. Ian
i did that with a miller 35 (1980 model i think ) .035 wire . continous beads ..im the only one with a pulse ...3 1/2 years under my belt. but thanks for mistaking it for tig welds .
That's the neatest mig welding i've ever seen i reckon, i thought it was tig! Shit just imagine if everyone ttt their own threads daily... it'd be chaos!
I kind of thought they were MIG because of the coloring I'm seeing around the welds. Looks killer! Clarify something for me real quick... I'm confused. When you said you're "the only one with a pulse", did you mean you're the only one with a welder that pulses (not familiar with a Miller 35) or were you talking about YOU, in particular? (I'm being serious here...) Once you've clarified you either have to tell me/us more about that welder or you need to tell me/us how in the hell you get those "continuous bead" MIG welds so damn nice looking! What's the poop! Tell us more! Those really aren't "pulsed"??
i was talking about my pulse(the pulse that beats in my body)...the welds are just continous beads . the machine doesnt have pulse . to tell you the truth i dont really even know what that does on a welder . im sure my miller 252 has it (my baby at home is all digital) but i dont use it , just pull that trigger and go ... its kinda like drawing . weld what you want to see ..just make sure you get good penetration while doing it though .
I kind of thought that's what you meant, about the pulse thing. Just making sure you weren't implying your machine had it. Never seen a Mig welder that had such a feature. Maybe there is, though. Anyway, I've never seen MIG beads like that ,that weren't pulsed by hand. Interesting. When I say pulsed by hand I mean on and off the trigger. Dipping in and out of the puddle, giving that roll of coins appearance. Learn something new everyday. Keep up the good work!
