I have seen both of these before, I believe here on the HAMB. I searched every hubcap post I could find, but a lot of guys delete their pics once the question is answered. I picked up full sets of these out garage sale hopping. Anyone have any ideas what they are from? Cars? Trailers?

These first two pics are the full pic of the cap and a close up of the center. Its a full sized hub cap. The third pic is a smaller cap like a baby moon.

I have looked through a TON of Marmon pics now with no luck. Any ideas on a year or general direction to look?

  8. The M cap a dog-dish sized or smaller? Looks like it's made for a smoothie wheel of some sort - late 30s?

Yes, the "M" cap is only 9" in diameter.

hubcaps.org shows it as 54-55 Olds. Now if we can just figure out the M cap. Mickey/Minnie Mouse? :D

Mullins trailer?? I saw the thread just below yours about a Mullins trailer but no pictures, yours doesn't look like a car hub cap but there are a dozen car makes starting with an M.

I knew it wasn't Marmon. I worked at a shop where we reproduced a set of hubcaps from scratch using sandcast br*** and I had to file them smooth. The Marmon caps had the "M" on a raised hexagon.
