Sources and Machine shop needed in South Austin

I need a couple of things before the Roundup gets here.

First, is there a source for header tubing locally? I want some straight pieces with one bend added to each one. Pretty standard size and mild steel. Making some weed burners.

Second, is there a great machine shop you recommend that can help me finish my square tubing ladder bars. I need a square insert machined to fit the tube, threaded for my heim joints and tig welded in place.
