SHINEY, Tell me more about the Langley get together

First of all it was good to everybody at the Unfinished Nationals. There was alot of talent that all worked well together, but to the point I hear your group is putting a show together up at Langley this coming weekend? We have a group of clubmembers that are considering making the trip, if you could give us a heads up about where, lodging, ******* bars you know all the important stuff. Thanks Rick

 

Rick,its in downtown Langley.Friday night is a must see!2000 plus cars cruisin around town.Last year there was over 2.5 hours of burnouts on the Fraser Highway.It is intense.
Saturday morning the whole town is shutdown for the carshow.Not just a block or two,THE WHOLE DAMN TOWN!3500-5000 cars.
Theres a swapmeet sunday too.
Theres a lil motel right near the cruise-in that is clean and cheap.I have the info here.How many of you guys coming?Were staying at a fellow HAMBers place.Prolly room for a few more.I'll check and see.Ol'beet and Cindy are coming up to stay with us too.

Beet, I don't really care as long as the 30% is on a day I'm not there.....Ha

 

We have a pullout just before the border,this is where you put your chains on for when you hit the ice and snow right at the border.Take it really slow the first mile or two and get used to all the slippin and slidin.Watch out for the low flying helicopters too,they're just flying our supplys(food,clothes,car parts) in for us.
If it rains it'll be better,it'll wash away the snow and ice.

Tooo funny... I'll put the 33" mud boggers (with white walls) on the roadster before I leave and maybe bring the trailer with the sled and dogs....MUSH!

 

if folks are comin up, their wives, girlfriends and daughters can sleep in the house and the fellas can put up tents in the yard-yer all welcome- just don't steal my **** like the last ****ers
