I got a new digitumnul camera yesterday, it lets me shoot little (mpeg) movies... is there a site along the lines of photobucket, thats free and lets you put your video up for others to watch?

Or should just jack into my neighbors wireless cable modem and set up my own server and pound the **** outta their bandwidth? [IMG]

    smokey burnout video for all...

I gota Sony cybershot, only 3.2 Mp, but on closeout at.... oh, no, Good Guys, $199 with a free upgrade 128M stick...

I figure, I mainly shoot pix and reduce to put on here or my dumb blog at 600 pixels wide, never print them, so 4 or 5 Mp is overkill...

But yeah, it isnt video quality movies, but with sound and still fun!

I'm gonna go research that link...

Hosting is pretty cheap these days. I use these guys: http://speedypuppy.com (disclaimer, the owner is a friend of mine - but I make nothing on referrals).

$11/month for 300MB of storage and 4GB of transfer is their middle plan.

I have that plan, and it's *hard* to use 4GB per month.

I'm sure there are other cheap places out there. The free ones (like AngelFire) have really small bandwidth caps, so you'll be shutdown fast.

    You can try www.imagestation.com

You can sign up for free and use it to share photos and videos. They initially had a limit on space for photos but I think its been increased. Not sure about the current limits for video but I've had a handful of 3-4 MB clips on there at a time.
