I went and visited Alex and his wife today at Gambino Kustoms. I recommend to everyone out there in HAMB land to use them if you can! THey are the real deal! Very amazing people. Not only did Alex take a shifter off of a car for me cause I needed it in a hurry, he took the time out of his busy schedule to show me around the shop and talk with me on my current project and the ways I should go about doing the project so that it goes smoothly! He took an hour out of his day that was already slammed because of upcoming shows and just talked with me! His wife is a wonderful lady as well! OH and I can't forget about his dogs, watch out for them, they love to be petted and hate when you stop! I will use Gambino for everything I can in the future and I highly recommend them to EVERYONE! alex hooked me up just today with some rails. local guy here was trying to **** for almost a franklin and alex stepped in and did me right. when i called he was striaght with me and had answers for all my questions right there and then. he went out of his way and in return got nothing out of the deal, YET. just let me know what i can do alex!
its cool that the people who are big or who are starting to make it big still remember their roots. alex answered a phone call from us at the **** crack of dawn during the sacramento autorama. he was helpful and told us which gate the drive in was gonna be.
one time i called alex on a saturday, dont even think he was open answered his phone took a measurement of the gas tank in his car for me,while his wife was patiently waiting to go shopping or something.............thanks alex i have been building cars for 20 plus years, i have talked to alot of business owners in the car world,and you by far are the most helpful, there are no "hours" for you and your business. you are a gear head 24/7......thanks again
Never met them but have allways heard nothin' but great stuff about them...and they put out some killer stuff
i always enjoy his posts he has a great at***ude! and that 54 is the badest. next time i'm out to cali i will stop by & hope to see Alex.
I am planning a vacation with the family and we are going to hit some of the shops and shows on the way around the country. "Tour d' Americana" we are calling it, three months on the road seeing everything we can see and taking our time doing it. You can guarantee that we will be stopping by the Gambino Family digs!!!
