Offenhauser 5254 What's it worth?

I have an old Offenhauser 5254 3x2 intake that has never been mounted. It's for the large base 2g's. I didn't plan on selling but i have a friend that want's it. So what's it worth?

 

I dunno but I have a set of carbies for it plus a parts carb.

 

Rear or side fuel inlet? How much if side inlet?

 

I dunno...they're in my storage garage 10 miles away...I can stop and check 'em out tomorrow at lunch...

 

You shouldn't have any problem selling it for $250. The big bolt pattern isn't quite as popular but rarer than the smaller but still nice commodity.
