Florida traditional indoor car show!!!!

Who would be interested in a traditional indoor car show in Florida? What time of year would you like to see it? What would you like to see as well as not see!? Im looking at 50 -70 cars indoors on an invite only based upon interest. Possibly an open show outdoors. Let me know your thoughts.

 

good idea for the summer...as long as the place has a/c...i would go...

Of course summertime would be the prime time for it in Florida.

I have a very fitting building that has A/C, the vibe is perfect for the 50's Autorama feel. Keep the input flowing, what would you like to see?

 

Where would the show be located?

 

Great idea. Gotta make sure it does not conflict (date) big shows and that venue has public facilities like food, restrooms etc. Would it be in Port St. Lucie?

 

I be interested in coming, but don't consider my car an "indoor car show" level. I would be interested in the outdoor part of the show, but then the 4 - 5 hour drive would be rough if it were in the summer... sooooo I'm interested, but would need more details to commit...

Our big indoor show is in Winter, so it only stands to reason that one in Florida should be in the summer or early September at the latest. (Still plenty hot in September). Just make sure the a/c is working.

 

Build it and we will come.

More than likely in Ft Lauderdale but I am looking at other buildings and venues. Yes there will be bathrooms! and A/C. Hey if its too hot in Florida for you to take your car out I think its time for you to install a tweed interior and A/C!!!!!!!!

Definitely in the Summer when it is 98 degrees and a cold beer still tastes warm. Indoor show would be great to keep the beer cold. I don't mind the heat though. Last indoor show I went to down here was in 1980 something and it was the World of Wheels. Still got the pic of me standing next to the General Lee.

Only thing is can you get 50-70 "Indoor" worthy show cars to come.
I am sure you will have to pay some guys to come out from other states.
i am just throwing that stuff out there......

Ed, if you leave the bunny trail there are easily 50-70 "indoor quality" cars just in Florida!

 

The top 10% of Billetproof should be indoor show quality... Make sure there is enough room for the owners (and their coolers *wink* *wink*) that's the best part of the ba*****t in Detroit.
