  1. Well it's 4 am on Tuesday and we are off. Just to make things more interesting we got 14 inches of snow last night. Ct. to Detroit is about 800 miles and we took care of 700 mi. today and are at ext.59 on I 80 were we are picking up the display for the 40 coupe and spending the night. We have an 11:30 am move in and I will post some more pictures tomarrow night.

  20. Well it's 3:30 on Sunday and it's been a long week. A few Hambers have stopped buy to say hi but we are ready to get out of town. I guess the awards start around 6 and everybody says that this place will be empty by midnight. It's hard to think that will happen but we just have to go to toledo tonight so we can drop of the display for the car.Everything worked out great and Jim's 40 was a big hit.The only big suprize now is what car will win. My vote is for Allen Johnson's B400. I probably won't post the winner to night but I'm sure it will be plastered all over. I'll try to check in on our trip home.

  23. Hey Bob, can you post a pic of the sign for Jim's car??

The 40 looks great and I love the display.

  24. Well we have been home for a week now and I'm finally recovered from the trip. We all had a great time. You can't belive how fast 800 displays and cars can get out of Cobo hall. We got on the road about 11:00 pm and got home monday about 10m. Here's a few tear down pictures. Jim's 40 wenr over big with the people attending the show and won 1st. place in its cl***. :p

Well done. Must feel good to know that all the hard work you put into the coupe didn't go unnoticed by the m***es.
