Is the old, just out of the barn red oxide primered convert shown in the first set of photos a 1932 Rockne? If so, it is only the second one I have ever seen. The first was owned by Orville Legg, a fellow club member here in Rochester, NY. It was a beautiful car that featured a dark blue paint job, a 440" BB Mopar, and all kinds of neat things. It had a little trailer that matched the back of Orv's car and was driven everywhere, even in the rugged upstate NY winters. Orv moved to Florida quite a while ago and I lost touch with him. Does anyone know if he or his car still exists???

Oooooooooops, sorry. After looking at the photo for a while and challenging my memory even more than it is, I did recant my guess and start to think that it was an Auburn. Thanks for setting me straight.

In front of that car was a V12 on an engine stand of some sort. The guy with that car also was the one who built the black Hudson pickup shown earlier in the posts. It looks like he does some great work.
