    any good ideas or better ways to seperate inner door pannels from outter door...........getting tired of drilling

    Dont most folks grind the edge til they separate?

    seamms there are spot welds every inch or so.....behind the lip

    Why are you wanting to remove the skin? Will you be reskinning it or just want access to hammer out dents? If the skin is junk and will be replaced, simply grind the outer edge until the lip is separate from the skin. You'll still need to grind some spot welds away.

    If you are just wanting to get to the skin for dent repair, just remove the the flat inner panel, leaving the vertical posts attached. The best way to do this is drill out all the spot welds. The not so good but easier method is to jig saw it along the edge.
