I found a pic in an old RoC program. This is Bentley with the car at Pocono in 1981. (Not sure how well this scan will show up. Sorry for the quality)...

 

Any information or more photos of the 28 in the back ground, kinda neat looking.

I vaguely remember that car. That's a Barracuda body on it. And I'm almost positive it's Chuck Bruce from Ithaca N.Y. The car would have been owned by Lee and Candy Dolin. Bruce was a Shangri-la Speedway regular.
