Greetings all! My name is Graham and I live in the frozen part of the planet called Manitoba. My current project is a '25 Chev Superior K that a friend gave me a couple of months ago. It wasn't a runner...or even a roller...but I wanted a rod project so bad that I took it happily!(just don't call it an "r" word!) I'll have to start a thread on the build, but I wanted to say "Hello" to what seems like a great group of guys with a wealth of knowledge! This is what it looked like when I first brought it home(scary, huh?)
Welcome! Great to see anothercar guy from "The Great White North" on the boards. Nice car, hope you have a great time with it and good luck
Welcome to the HAMB, Graham! I'm just east of you in Neepawa. That's a great looking start to a project you have. What are your plans for it?
Thanks Boyd!My plans are as follows:5 inch chop (completed)remove rear doors and section forward 39 inches (completed)widen the cowl 4 inches (completed)stretch the front doors 6 inches(almost completed)steel roof (started)and channel the whole mess over an S-10 frame with a 3 foot box in the rear.I saw your truck featured in the paper a while back...I like it!
Hehe...that article was just more shameless self-promotion. LOL It sounds like you've got your work cut out for you! Good luck with the project.
